What is your return policy?

We offer returns for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date. For international customers original shipping costs will not be refunded.
 We offer exchanges/store credit within 30 days of the delivery date.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Do you ship internationally?

Gemma Azzurro ships worldwide, with the exception of a few countries. We use USPS, UPS and DHL for international shipments. Some shipments may be subject to duties & taxes depending on the item value and destination country. VAT is collected automatically on the website for Europe orders, however shipments might still be subject to additional fees upon arrival at the destination country.

Do you offer repairs? 

We stand behind our products and we’re happy to replace any damaged items for you free of charge within 6 months. We don’t offer repairs, however if the item is in stock we will replace it for you.

Is your jewelry waterproof?

All our pieces are made from sterling silver with 14k or 18k gold plating. Silver (Not gold plated) pieces are safe to wear in the water. However for gold plated pieces we suggest taking off for shower, pool or beach to make the gold plating last longer. Constant washing or exposure to water/sweat will lighten the gold plating over time.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Every order already comes beautifully packed in our signature white & blue gift box with blue ribbon. If you’d like to add a “gift note” to your order, please include note in the “Notes” section at check out or email us at info@gemmaazzurro.com to include your note
